The Flamingo is the tallest building in the Las Vegas Metroplex. The original Flamingo hotel was over 100 years old when the infamous Battle of the Strip started there and spiraled out of control. The damage to the Flamingo was so extensive that it needed to be torn down and replaced.

In 2051 the new Flamingo was built as a 95 story skyscraper that is just under half a kilometer to accommodate the growing demand.
